Cross section shows different sizes of water and buildings. To maintain view on canal southern interior will be lifted up, and northern parts will be kept lower
As water is not proportional divided around the building, Water Tower is more easily visible. Facade openings will be mainly on south because of view on Canal. Create a swimming in an outdoor industrial area
